Chakwalian is a village and union council in Chakwal District, Punjab Province, Pakistan. It is part of Talagang Tehsil and lies about 12 km in a straight line from Talagang, 23 km from Kallar Kahar lake and the M2 motorway's Kallar Kahar interchange, and 38 km from Chakwal city.
The land around it is dry and cut by ravines, part of the Potohar plateau with the Salt Range to the south. Farming here is rain-fed, with wheat and groundnut as the main crops, and many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
