Dhok Baggi is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, dry land cut by ravines, where farming depends on the rain. The fields grow wheat and groundnut.
The Salt Range rises to the south. In a straight line, Choa Saidan Shah and the Malot temple are each about 20 km away, Dandot in the Salt Range about 22 km, and the Katas Raj temples about 24 km.
Across the Potohar, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad. The full story of Dhok Baggi, its people and its days, is still to be told by the people who live here and by those who have gone away.
