Dhok Hayat, also spelt Dhok Hayati, is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet, in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It stands on the Potohar plateau, in dry, ravined land that depends on the rain.

As the crow flies, Dhok Hayat is about 31 km from Dhudial, 40 km from Choa Saidan Shah, and 41 km each from Chakwal city and the Katas Raj temples.

The Potohar is known for wheat and groundnut farming, with the Salt Range to the south, and across the plateau many families have members in the army or working abroad. This page is a starting point.
