This is Dhok Nai.

Dhok Nai is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It sits on the Potohar plateau, where the land is dry and cut by ravines, with the Salt Range to the south.

The plateau is rain-fed, and wheat and groundnut farming are the common work of the area. Many families across the Potohar have members serving in the army or working abroad, so the ties of this place reach well beyond its fields.

Dhok Nai is about 10 km from the M2 motorway at the Kallar Kahar interchange, 11 km from Kallar Kahar lake, 16 km from Chakwal city and 26 km from Dhudial. The fuller story of the village, its families and its history is still to be told by its own people.
