Duman, also written Dhumman, is a village in District Chakwal, in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines, rain-fed fields, and wheat and groundnut farming, with the Salt Range to its south.
Duman lies 13 km in a straight line from Dhudial, 21 km from Chakwal city, and 25 km from both the Katas Raj temples and Choa Saidan Shah. Across this plateau, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad, and Duman is part of that same story of hard work and faraway homes.
