Hansi, also spelt Hinni, is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. In a straight line, it is about 30 km from Choa Saidan Shah, 31 km from Dhudial and the Malot temple, and 32 km from the Katas Raj temples.
The village lies on the Potohar plateau, a dry land of ravines with the Salt Range to the south. Farming here depends on rain, with wheat and groundnut as the main crops. Across this plateau, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
