Jhungawāla (also spelt Jhungawala) is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to its south. By straight line, Talagang is 35 km away, Lawa is 36 km, and both the Kallar Kahar lake and the Kallar Kahar interchange on the M2 motorway are 39 km.

Farming across this plateau depends on the rain, and families grow wheat and groundnut. Many households here have members serving in the army or working abroad, and those who have gone carry this place with them.
