Lodwa, also spelt Ladwa, is a village in District Chakwal in Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range rising to the south.
Farming here depends on the rain, and wheat and groundnut are grown across the plateau. Many families have members serving in the army or working abroad, and the village stays close to them wherever they are.
