Mulhal Mughlan is a village and union council in Tehsil Chakwal, District Chakwal, in Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Sohawa-Chakwal Road, which leads to Talagang and Mianwali. Chakwal city is 29 km away, Dhudial 19 km, Choa Saidan Shah 35 km, and the Katas Raj temples 36 km.

The village is known in the area as the Education Town, with government and private schools and colleges for both boys and girls. It also has banks, a Pakistan Post Office, hospitals, utility stores, and a PTCL telephone exchange. Public transport runs from here to cities including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Karachi, and two oil fields operated by Oil & Gas Development Company, Rajian and Kal, are nearby.

Mulhal Mughlan sits on the Potohar plateau, dry and ravined land with the Salt Range to the south. Farming here is rain-fed, and many families have members in the army or working abroad. The fuller story of this village is still to be told by its own people.
