Pind Qammar, also spelt Qamar, is a village in District Chakwal, in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It sits on the Potohar plateau, a region of dry, ravined land where farming depends on rain, and the Salt Range lies to its south. Dandot in the Salt Range is about 14 km away in a straight line.
The village is also close to several well-known places. The Malot temple is about 16 km away, Choa Saidan Shah about 18 km, and the Katas Raj temples about 21 km. Its own history and the stories of its families are still to be told, and that telling belongs to the people of Pind Qammar.
