Raman is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies about 23 km from Dhudial and 31 km in a straight line from Chakwal city.

The land around Raman is part of the Potohar plateau: dry, ravined country where farming depends on rain. Wheat and groundnut are the main crops, and the Salt Range rises to the south. Many families in this area have members serving in the army or working abroad.
