Ramtal is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies about 25 km in a straight line from Talagang, 33 km from Lawa, and 38 km from both the Kallar Kahar lake and the Kallar Kahar interchange on the M2 motorway.
The village sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range rising to the south. Across this part of Chakwal, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad, and Ramtal is part of that same story of people who stay connected to home.
