Sar is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. In a straight line it lies about 18 km from Dhudial, 19 km from Choa Saidan Shah, and about 20 km from the Katas Raj temples and the Malot temple.
Sar sits on the Potohar plateau, a dry land of ravines with the Salt Range to its south. Farming here depends on rain, and wheat and groundnut are the crops the plateau is known for. Many families from the village have members serving in the army or working abroad.
