Tog is a village in District Chakwal, in the Punjab province of Pakistan. By straight-line distance, Lawa is about 17 km away and Talagang about 39 km. The M2 motorway at the Kallar Kahar interchange is about 54 km off, and the Kallar Kahar lake about 55 km.
The wider region is the Potohar plateau: dry, ravined country where farmers grow wheat and groundnut on rain-watered land, with the Salt Range rising to the south. Many families here have members serving in the army or working abroad.
