Dangri, also spelt Khur, is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a dry land of ravines where farming depends on rain. Fields in this area grow wheat and groundnut, and the Salt Range rises to the south.
Dangri is within easy reach of several well-known places: Malot temple about 6 km away, Choa Saidan Shah 7 km, Dandot in the Salt Range 9 km, and the Katas Raj temples 10 km, all measured in a straight line. Across the Potohar, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
