Dhaman is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to its south. Here families farm wheat and groundnut, relying on the rains that the land receives.
Dhaman is about 26 km in a straight line from Kallar Kahar lake and from the M2 motorway's Kallar Kahar interchange, about 34 km from Talagang, and about 44 km from the Katas Raj temples. Like many households on this plateau, many Dhaman families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
