This is Dhok Pathan.
Dhok Pathan, also spelt Dhok Afghan, is a dhok, a farmstead hamlet in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, where the land is dry and cut by ravines, and farming depends on rain, mostly wheat and groundnut. The Salt Range rises to the south.
It is about 23 km in a straight line from Talagang, 51 km from Kallar Kahar lake and the M2 motorway interchange, and 52 km from Chakwal city. Across the plateau, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad. The village's own story, its people and its history, is still to be told by the people who live here.
