Jaija is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. In a straight line it lies about 37 km from Rawalpindi, 38 km from Dhudial, 42 km from Islamabad airport and 46 km from Chakwal city.
Jaija sits on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry, ravined ground where farming depends on rain, with wheat and groundnut among the crops grown across the plateau. The Salt Range rises to the south. Across this region, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
