This is Jhahle.

Jhahle is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies about 9 km from Dhudial and 18 km from Chakwal city, and about 35 km from the Katas Raj temples and 36 km from Choa Saidan Shah, in straight-line distance.

The land of this region is part of the Potohar plateau: dry, ravined ground where farmers grow wheat and groundnut on rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range rising to the south. Many families here have members serving in the army or working abroad.

The full story of Jhahle, its people and its days, is still to be told by the villagers themselves.
