Kora is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields, with the Salt Range to the south. In a straight line, Dandot in the Salt Range is about 11 km away, the Malot temple 18 km, the Katas Raj temples 20 km, and Choa Saidan Shah 20 km.
Across this plateau, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad, and Kora is part of that same story of sons and daughters who go out into the world and keep their roots here.
