Majhi is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It is also spelt Mahji or Māhji. The land lies on the Potohar plateau, a dry country cut by ravines where farming depends on rain, with the Salt Range to the south.
In a straight line, Majhi is about 37 km from the Malot temple and from Dandot in the Salt Range, about 38 km from Choa Saidan Shah, and about 41 km from the Katas Raj temples. Across the plateau, families grow wheat and groundnut, and many have members serving in the army or working abroad.
