ملکراچ ضلع چکوال، پنجاب، پاکستان کا ایک گاؤں ہے۔ یہ پوٹھوہار کے سوکھے اور نالوں سے کٹے ہوئے علاقے میں واقع ہے، جہاں کھیتی بارش پر انحصار کرتی ہے اور گندم و مونگ پھلی کاشت ہوتی ہے۔ جنوب میں کوہِ نمک کا سلسلہ ہے۔
This is Makrachh.
Makrachh (also spelt Makrach or Makrāch) is a village in District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies on the Potohar plateau, a dry land cut by ravines, where farming depends on rain and families grow wheat and groundnut. The Salt Range rises to the south.
In a straight line, the Katas Raj temples are about 12 km away, while Kallar Kahar lake, Choa Saidan Shah and Dandot in the Salt Range are each about 15 km. Across the Potohar plateau, many families have members serving in the army or working abroad.
The village's own story is still to be told by the people who live here and by those who carry it with them overseas.
