Munarah (also spelt Munara) is a village in Tehsil Kallar Kahar, District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies within the Munara Union Council, on the Potohar plateau, where the land is dry and cut by ravines and farming depends on rain. Families here grow wheat and groundnut, and the Salt Range rises to the south.
Kallar Kahar lake and the Kallar Kahar interchange on the M2 motorway are each about 21 km away in a straight line. Talagang is 30 km off, and the Katas Raj temples are 41 km away. Across this plateau, many families have members in the army or working abroad.
