The village is about 14 km in a straight line from Kallar Kahar lake and from the Kallar Kahar interchange on the M2 motorway. Talagang is about 18 km away and Chakwal city about 25 km.
Across the Potohar, families farm wheat and groundnut, and many have members serving in the army or working abroad. The village's own story, its families and its days, is still to be told by the people who live here, and this page is a place to begin telling it.
