This is Mari.

Mari is a village in District Chakwal, in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It sits about 16 km in a straight line from Chakwal city, about 20 km from the Kallar Kahar interchange on the M2 motorway, and about 21 km from Kallar Kahar lake. Dhudial is about 24 km away.

The village lies on the Potohar plateau, a land of dry ravines and rain-fed fields where wheat and groundnut are farmed. The Salt Range rises to the south. Many families here have members serving in the army or working abroad, so the village is spread across many places as well as its own fields.
